The Supervisor of Elections Dudley L. Lewis in accordance with Section 16 (4) of the Elections Ordinance 2012 would like to inform Electors in the Turks and Caicos Islands that the hearing of Claims and Objections will take place in Electoral Districts 1 through 15 from August 20 to August 27, 2012.
Each of the following is entitled to appear and be heard:
(a) on the hearing of a claim, the person making the claim and any person who has duly made an objection to it;
(b) on the hearing of an objection, the objector and the person objected to; and
(c) on the hearing of either, any other person who appears to the Supervisor to be interested The right to appear and be heard includes the right to make written representations. Any person entitled to appear and be heard may do so either in person or be any other person on his behalf. The places and times for hearing Claims and Objections are as follows:
