Two men accused of possessing four kilograms of cocaine on Grand Turk appeared in court Jan. 10 and were released on $60,000 bail. Appearing before Magistrate Clifton Warner were Joseph Missick, 40, aka “Ranking Joe,” and Kenneth Malcolm, 45, both of Grand Turk. Both were charged with unlawful possession of cocaine with intent to supply. Both men are scheduled to appear in court again Feb. 7. Missick and Malcolm were arrested and charged Jan. 7 on Grand Turk. Police said the cocaine seized had an estimated street value of about $100,000.
