One wounded in armed robberies PDF Print E-mail

Police are investigating two robberies of businesses by masked, armed robbers in two days.

On Saturday night, Sept. 11, two masked men robbed an employee of the Texaco gas station on Leeward Highway at Venetian Road and shot another employee as they were leaving, police said.

The gunmen got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Then on Monday night, Sept. 13, police responded to a report of a robbery at Grace Bay Pharmacy.

Two masked men, one armed with a firearm, robbed the business an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

Both robberies are under investigation.
