The Nassau Met Office advised Wednesday that the tropical wave which was affecting Puerto Rico and Haiti became less organized and is not expected to be a serious threat to the TCI.

While the country experienced strong winds and heavy rainfall Wednesday, the storm was expected to pass by in a few days.

The National Hurricane Center predicted on Wednesday a 50 percent chance of the storm forming into a tropical cyclone or hurricane within the next 48 hours.
