The 150-key property will be located on a six acre site neighboring its award-winning flagship resort Grace Bay Club. CAYA will consist of six residential buildings, with each unit enjoying a corner position and each building containing only nine units comprised of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and Penthouse categories ranging in price from $400,000- to over $1M. A mere 150-ft away from the shore, the buildings are elevated providing panoramic views of Grace Bay.

In addition to the first luxury branded retail village in Providenciales, CAYA will host its own spa, fitness center, two restaurants, multiple pools and an extraordinary rooftop bar, lounge and open air grill. CAYA will be developed and managed by Grace Bay Resorts, the company behind the success of Grace Bay Club and its related residential and management projects including the newly announced Veranda Resort & Residences to open in Fall 2009. Originally founded by developer Mark Durliat, Grace Bay Resorts’ principals include previous Ritz Carlton hotelier Nikheel Advani and Denver-based developer SV Capital Partners.
