LIME customers now have easier access to their accounts online and to many other LIME products and services with the launch Feb. 22 of LIME’s new MyLIME Customer Web Portal. The web portal, designed and created to further enhance the LIME customer service experience, will provide customers with easy access to their accounts and LIME services from practically any location, according to LIME. “Today marks another significant milestone for LIME customers in the Turks and Caicos Islands,” LIME Country Manager Drexwell Seymour said. “The MyLIME Customer Portal is a gateway to a world of ease and simplicity.” With the new MyLIME portal, customers will save time with immediate and secure access to their LIME post-paid accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can view, download and pay bills without waiting in line or having to call a customer service agent for information or assistance, and accounts will be updated immediately. Prepaid customers will be able to buy airtime with online Top Up through a completely secure and efficient process. Other customer benefits that come with the MyLIME Customer Portal include the ability to send a free text message to other LIME mobile customers; the ability to redeem LIME Rewards for AAdvantage miles; and the capability for customers to self-check their Internet speed instead of having to call a LIME customer service agent. Customers will also be able to chat online with a customer service representative to resolve any issues they have with service and their accounts. “LIME is always looking for new and creative ways to make life more convenient for our customers, and we are using the best technology available to us to enhance our customers’ experience,” Seymour said.
